Once again I'll dial in but once again I'll be in the gym at the same time. Hope that doesn't get obnoxious; ever since my son started middle school my o'dark thirty workouts are out and I have to find pockets to workout when I can.

Had to drop out early as well. The wife was leaving for her mom’s house and had to give me the rundown for the next couple of days.

Her mom has surgery tomorrow remove some cancer so fingers crossed all goes well!

Work got in the way until just now, so I missed it again. Dammit...

I hope everything goes well tomorrow for your mother-in-law Coulter. Cancer is such a terrible disease and I hope she beats it. Y'all are in my prayers.

Had to drop off a bit early from the call, but really enjoyed this today! Just awesome hearing about the things to come and @DBK, that course sounded tough.

Jumped on after a meeting and then was immediately hit with back to back calls. Next week I'm setting the hour aside.

Another good call today. Always enjoy the usual banter of the mods!

Talking about banter from the Mods…. I hope @HDubsGolf will start live-streaming his gym workouts during the call so we can all be shamed by the amount of weights lifted and the fitness level we will likely see from his epic workouts.

This may lead to my potential appearance on posts in the Accountability thread… 😂🤣😅 well I doubt it.

Ha ha, I thought about that but there's no way I'm positioning a tripod or asking someone to hold my phone while I lift! 😄

So I don't know if it's my body dysmorphia or lack of self-confidence, but there's zero chance this will ever happen. In my mind I'll always fear that I look closer to Woody Allen than Arnold Schwarzeneggar...me shirtless in some sort of physique-themed on social media ain't ever gonna happen.
